Default Who is your favourite Nascar driver?

Who is your favourite Nascar driver? There are a few really good drivers in the Sprint Cup series such as Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson and Denny Hamlin but my personal favourite is Tony Stewart. He has actually done very well as an Owner/Driver this season, something that most previous owner/drivers have not done. Actually, Mark Martin has not done bad this season either compared to other years. So who is your favourite driver?

Hey SlapHappy, great minds think alike! I am also a Nascar fan and Tony is also my favourite driver. I don't know if you noticed but in our site logo, that is Tony Stewarts new car... the Old Spice #14. He had some problems in the last race and I believe he finished around 13th but I agree that he has done very well as an owner/driver. I also like Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch.

I was introduced to Nascar by a friend recently and, while I enjoy it, I don't know enough about all the drivers to have a favourite. Jeff Gordon seems to be popular and Dale Earnhardt Jr. seems to be popular also.

Hey John,
You have good taste in drivers. Did you watch the race last weekend? It was a pretty good race although I was hoping that Tony would win it. He didn't do too bad since he made the top 10. By the way, I like your site logo.

Yes I watched that race. Joey Logano went for a real ride there. I believe his car flipped about 10 times before coming to a stop, and luckily it stopped upright.

I watched the race last Sunday in Kansas as well and Tony did win that one. I think the key there was taking only two tires and that allowed him to get off of Pit Road quickly.
